Tracy- Office Manager, Certified Dental Assistant
Tracy is our Office Manager. She has been a Dental Assistant for over 30 years – 15 of those years specializing in pediatrics. Tracy prides herself in her ability to create the best experience possible for our patients and their parents. She is the mother of five daughters and has a dog named Bella. Outside of the office, she loves to bake and spend time with her grandchildren.
Danielle – Assistant Manager, Lead Certified Restorative Functions Dental Assistant, Dental Outreach Coordinator
Danielle really enjoys working at Carr Pediatric Dentistry. She loves working with children and teaching them to properly take care of their teeth. Most of all she loves helping the children have a great dental experience!
Originally from New York, Danielle has been a part of the Carr Dentistry team since the practice opened in August 2010. She continued her training and in 2023 received her Restorative Functions Dental Assisting Certificate from the University of Florida, College of Dentistry. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities, art, making jewelry and most of all spending time with her family, daughter and friends!
Carmen – Billing Manager
Carmen began working at Carr Pediatric Dentistry in July of 2016. She has enjoyed every step of the way, especially being able to work with Dr.Carr Bustillo and the team. She hopes to continue to grow with this office providing excellent service to our patients. When not working, Carmen enjoys spending time with her daughter, her family and her friends. She also loves to cook, to dance, and to simply enjoy life.
Alicia- Office Coordinator
has worked in the dental field since 1999 as an office coordinator. She began working with Carr Pediatric Dentistry in 2010. Alicia is originally from Argentina and is the mother of five children (Dr.Carr Bustillo being one of them), is the grandmother of twelve wonderful children,has one great grandchild and two grand dogs! She enjoys spending time at the beach and relishes time with her family.
Kaitlin- Scheduling Coordinator
Anamaria – Certified Restorative Functions Dental Assistant and Patient Education Specialist
Ana originally came to us as an extern from Hillsborough Community College. Due to her natural ability to work with children she has since joined our team and has become a valuable asset. Ana continued her training at the University of Florida, College of Dentistry. She obtained her restorative functions dental assistant certificate in 2023. Outside of the office Ana enjoys spending time with her dogs and going to car shows.
Vanessa – Certified Dental Assistant and Patient Education Specialist
Vanessa is one of our awesome dental assistants at Carr Pediatric Dentistry. She says, ” My favorite part of working here is getting to know the amazing kids and families in my community. I especially like meeting twins, as I am one myself!! In my free time, I enjoy creative activities such as painting and drawing.

Christian – Dental Assistant
Christian began working at Carr Pediatric Dentistry as a high school student at Cristo Ray High School. He graduated Salutatorian of his high school class in 2022. Christian is currently attending the University of South Florida for his undergraduate training before applying to dental school next fall. In his spare time, Christian works as a soccer referee.
Waver – Insurance Specialist
Waver joined Carr Pediatric Dentistry in 2012, Her prior 40+ years of employment has been in both the construction and commercial/residential appraisal industries. This background has trained her to the attention to detail that is necessary when verifying insurance. In her spare time, Waver enjoys spending time with friends, family and especially her granddaughters.
Patie – Billing Specialist
Patie has been with Carr Pediatric Dentistry since the practice opened in August of 2010. She enjoys working with the patients and their parents. Having raised five children herself she can easily relate to them and their needs. Originally from a small town in New York, Patie is a Dental Assistant who brings years of sales and customer service experience to the team. In her spare time she and her husband love riding their Harley. She also plays the piano and has been with a number of different ministries over the years. Most of all, she loves the time she has with her grandchildren.
Matilde – Sterilization Technician
Matilde takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming office. Although trained as a certified nursing assistant, Matilde finds great pleasure in working with the children and team at Carr Pediatric Dentistry. She is originally from Cuba (so you can always expect a great cup of coffee in our office) and moved to the United States in 2006. When not working she enjoys relaxing and watching movies.
